Ready to take your Pilates practice to the next level? Our Standing Pilates Series is designed to challenge and empower you with a unique blend of movement that enhances both strength and balance. This classical Pilates mat class focuses on key elements of balance, alignment, and single-leg work, offering a dynamic and progressive approach to mat Pilates. What to Expect: 30 minutes of standing Pilates: Strengthen and lengthen your body with targeted exercises that focus on range of motion and stretch. 10 minutes of floor work: Deepen your practice with foundational Pilates moves to improve posture, core engagement, and flexibility. 5 minutes of deep rest: Finish your session with restorative movements to absorb the full benefits of the practice. This series is perfect for those looking to deepen their practice, improve balance and alignment, and challenge their physical limits. Over the 8 weeks, you’ll build a stronger, more balanced body and enhance your awareness of movement in standing positions with precision and control.
Upcoming Sessions
I understand that by enrolling in this series class: I commit to attending all the scheduled sessions. There are no make-up classes or credits for missed sessions. I agree to make full payment for the entire six or eight week series before the first class session. My enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. I understand that refunds will not be issued after the series has started. If I need to cancel my enrollment before the series begins, I will contact the organizers at least 48 hours in advance. I acknowledge that the class will meet once a week for six or eight consecutive weeks. I have reviewed the schedule provided for exact dates and times. I understand that credits do not roll over.
