SMALL CLASS SIZES
01 — THE STUDIO
A small, heart-forward Classical Pilates studio.
We teach the original method on authentic Classical equipment and real Pilates mats, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Mat, with intentionally small classes and instructors who truly see you.
Across from the SS Sicamous, on Okanagan Lake.
02 — WHY CHOOSE US
More Than a Fitness Class.
A Practice.
A studio dedicated to the original Pilates method
We’re a small studio, on purpose.
We believe in the corrective power of Classical Pilates and the lasting change it creates in your body. No two bodies are the same, so your practice shouldn’t be either.
That’s why we teach the method as authentically as possible. It’s precise, structured work, and when it’s taught this way, it works.
There are no mirrors, flashy lights, or distractions here, so you can focus on the work, not how it looks.
You’re guided, adjusted, and supported in a way that makes sense for your body.
Our teaching is grounded in over 21 years of dedicated study and experience.
Your classical pilates journey begins here.

04 — What we offer
Three ways to practice.
Private Sessions
Your most personalized experience.
Work one-on-one using the full studio apparatus, Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, Ped-o-Pul, and Foot Corrector.
Each session is tailored to your body, helping you learn the method, build strength, and develop a deeper understanding of how you move. You’ll be guided closely, with adjustments and feedback that support your progress over time.
Semi-Private Equipment (Reformer)
Small group, highly guided.
A more curated experience than a traditional class.
You’ll work in a group of three, rotating through the studio apparatus, Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, Ped-o-Pul, and Foot Corrector.
This format allows for more individual attention, more feedback, and a deeper connection to the work, while still benefiting from the energy of a small group.
Group size is limited to 3.
Group Mat Classes
Build your foundation.
We offer Classical Pilates mat classes multiple times each week.
These classes focus on learning the exercises and their order, while developing the ability to initiate movement from your center. Over time, you’ll build strength, endurance, and a deeper understanding of the work.
We use traditional Pilates mats with straps and handles, along with small barrels and accessories like toe correctors to support your practice.
Class size is limited to 8, so you receive the guidance and attention you need.
Most clients move between all three. That's how the method was designed.
